ENLARGE YOUR CAPACITY TO RECEIVE FROM GOD Part 7

“Sing, O barren, You who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, You who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate Than the children of the married woman,” says the LORD. “Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited”. Isaiah 54:1-3

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord”. 2Cor.3:18.  As we continually look and meditate on the glory of God as revealed in the scriptures we are gradually transformed into His likeness in our thinking, speech, and action. Meditating on God’s word is one of the core divine prescriptions for success in every area of life. “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success”. Joshua 1:8. David testified of what meditating on God’s word has done for him thus: “Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all day. You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies; For they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, For Your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients Because I keep Your precepts”. Psalm 119:97-100.
