ENLARGE YOUR CAPACITY TO RECEIVE FROM GOD Part 10

“Sing, O barren, You who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, You who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate Than the children of the married woman,” says the LORD. “Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited”. Isaiah 54:1-3

We will continue this week on enlarging your capacity to receive from God through intentional giving.

In addition to the things, we have discussed in the past 2 weeks on this subject intentional giving also means sowing the kind of seed that matches the kind of harvest that you are expecting. You do not sow an orange seed and expect to harvest an apple fruit. “And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good”. Genesis 1:12.

If you need healing prayer for the sick; If you need a building to sow financially into those that are raising funds for a building project,

Intentional giving will not produce the desired result unless it is done in faith. If you understand that God is the source of increase then you must tailor your giving in such a way as to please Him. The more you please Him the more you receive from Him. You cannot please Him without faith. “But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”. Hebrews 11:6. Intentional giving also means giving in love. “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not to love, it profits me nothing”. 1Cor.13:3.
